1. Introduction

Welcome to Etijah. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our services or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "you") and Etijah ("we," "us," or "our"), governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

2. Services and Products

Etijah offers professional development services and products including, but not limited to:

• 1:1 Career Coaching sessions
• Digital and physical products related to professional development
• Any additional services or products as may be introduced from time to time

Details of each service or product, including scope, duration, and deliverables, will be outlined at the point of purchase.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the approved payment methods available on our platform. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation notification from us.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 35 of 2012) of the Kingdom of Bahrain:

5.1 Coaching Sessions

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at our discretion.
• No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.

5.2 Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded, unless the product is materially defective.

5.3 Physical Products

• Physical products may be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, methodologies, and resources provided by Etijah — including but not limited to session materials, templates, worksheets, and digital products — are the intellectual property of Etijah and are protected under applicable Bahraini law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any materials without prior written consent from Etijah.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Engage with services in good faith and attend scheduled sessions punctually.
• Provide accurate information to enable effective service delivery.
• Use our services and materials lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
• Treat our team and other clients with respect and professionalism.

8. Limitation of Liability

Etijah provides coaching and professional development services for informational and guidance purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or career advancements as a result of our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Etijah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service or product.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of information shared during coaching sessions. Information disclosed by you will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or with your explicit consent.

Equally, any proprietary tools, methodologies, or frameworks shared during sessions are confidential to Etijah and should not be disclosed to third parties.

10. Electronic Transactions

Purchases made through our platform constitute an electronic transaction governed by the Electronic Transactions Law (Decree-Law No. 54 of 2018) of the Kingdom of Bahrain. By completing a purchase, you consent to the use of electronic records and signatures.

11. Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
